Willow Manor Nursing Home is a new 170-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that offers a full spectrum of post-hospitalization care including TruRehab therapy services, short-term skilled care, respite care and long-term care. Conveniently located near Good Samaritan Hospital in a quiet country like setting. Willow Manor is positioned to serve all of Knox County and other surrounding counties in Indiana and Illinois.

This philosophy affects everything we do; from caring for our residents to the manner in which we conduct the business and operations of our company. Willow Manor is a privately owned skilled nursing facility that offers a full spectrum of care including rehabilitation, short term skilled care, long term care and Reflections Alzheimer’s Care Unit. We provide 24 hour medical care and support services to our residents.
